Developing an understanding of the pupils in their classes and how to create an inclusive environment is crucial for all teachers. The aim of this session is to develop strategies to create optimal conditions for learning and to promote quality teaching. Attendees will leave with strategies and immediate steps they can take to address behaviour issues in the classroom.  This session will take place at Ashburnham Primary School and will involve a learning walk.
