Leadership Network Group 2023/24

Join our leadership network group for Phase Leaders, Assistant & Deputy Head Teachers for an opportunity to share, learn and network. Each session will focus on a common issue that leaders face. There will be opportunities to discuss how it affects you in your setting, what the research says, share best practice and there will be an opportunity to bring topics which are important to you in your current role. The sessions are run by a serving Head Teacher with an up to date knowledge of the current Ofsted Criteria and whose school has a recent Outstanding judgment (2023).

Some of the areas covered will include:

• How to develop your personal expertise and self-efficacy
• Reflective leadership – How to do the job well and be well
• How to develop an effective approach to staff development
• Positivity and developing a supportive school culture
