By booking your place
on any FOX CPD Course you are entering into a binding agreement. Your
booking is confirmed as soon as confirmation is received and an invoice issued.
Definitions
For the purposes of these terms and
conditions:
1.
the “Course” refers to any FOX CPD courses, workshops and sessions being
held at Fox Primary School and any of our other nominated venues (including NQT
courses and other courses run by external partners advertised via FOX CPD)
2.
“Registrant” means a person for whom you have ordered or purchased
a place on the Course including yourself
3.
“Venue” means Fox Primary School or any other nominated venue
as detailed in the particular FOX CPD course advertised
4.
“we”, “us” and “our” means FOX CPD, Fox Primary School, Kensington
Place, London W8 7PP
Price
and Payment
A VAT tax rate of 0% rate are applied to all
ticket/booking charges.
Bookings should be paid by cheque or BACS
within 14 days from the date of the invoice. An invoice will be automatically
emailed to the registrant and a nominated school admin/finance officer once the
booking has been received. Payment must be received by Fox Primary School
within 14 days of the invoice date or 24 hours before the start of the course,
whichever comes earlier.
We reserve the right to change (for a
reasonable alternative) the start and finishing times, dates and the venue of
the Course without incurring any liability to you.
The ticket/booking charge relates solely to
attendance at the course. This includes refreshments and lunch for day-long
courses (refreshments only for half day courses)
Communication
You accept that communication with us may be
electronic. We may contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by
posting notices on our website. Please refer to our GDPR terms and conditions
on how we may collect and use your data.
We may give notice to you at either the
e-mail or telephone number you provide to us upon booking. Notice will be
deemed received and properly served immediately when posted on our website or
24 hours after an e-mail is sent.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing to the email contact below. If you cancel 28 days before the Course date where payment has not been received, no payment is required. If you cancel on the day of Course or less than 28 days before the Course date where payment has not been received, you are still liable to pay for the Course fee outstanding. If you cancel with at least 28 days before the Course date, you will be eligible for a refund.
If you cancel on the day of the Course or less than 28 days before the Course date where payment has already been received, a refund will not be issued but can be reapplied as a credit note to redeem against another Course.
If the Course is postponed and rescheduled, this booking will be transferred to the revised date of the Course and all these Terms and Conditions shall apply to any such transferred booking.
If we don’t receive minimum number of bookings, we may need to cancel a course. We will offer a full refund or a transfer to a future date.
The
Course
A substitution of a Participant named on your
booking can be requested by giving written notice to us. We reserve the right
to accept or deny your request.
During the Course the presenter may use their
own copyrighted material. Any unauthorised recording, copying or posting of
this material is an infringement of their copyright.
