Fox is a successful two form entry central-London state school, part of the Fox Federation. This observation morning is provided for school leaders and governors who are keen to visit the school and speak with senior leaders. The morning will be facilitated by the Head of School, Executive Head of the Federation and other senior leaders. 

It will include the following:

• A tour of the school, reviewing use of space and school organisation
• Guided observations of teaching of core subjects across the phases, as an opportunity to review the approach to curriculum and teacher development
• Discussion with the Headteacher and senior leaders about a range of areas including working with the community and fundraising (including the on-site coffee shop) 
• Approaches to collaborative working, including curriculum development and administration – with a review of the tools used to support this

Throughout the morning there will be time for Q+A to discuss any areas of interest, and we will endeavour to show any resources that may be of interest.
